To dip in chocolate: melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or vegetable oil. Melt slowly in the microwave on low heat, and stir until smooth. Dip each stick in the chocolate gently (hold near the dipping area to give support--not the opposite end). Sprinkle with sugar or crushed pecans after dipping.
