I love crepes but hate the amount that comes out and don’t have the time to stand and make them all. This is perfect. Thank you. Your recipes always come out amazing. This is just the seal for me. You are a food God.

When I could make the crepes I heated up my cast iron skillet, brushed on some of the melted butter and my crepes came out PERFECT! This recipe is a keeper for me, they were easy to make, tasty and the serving size was perfect. Thanks so much for sharing. I’m going to try your pancakes next.

Eek, I haven’t tried to multiple the recipe by 10, I’m sorry. I would double it first, and then triple it, and then just keep making them that way.

That hasn’t worked out with other batters, I always end up with much less than the math calculates.
How do you increase a recipe like this?

Thanks.

I don’t own a crepe pan so I used my small 6″ non-stick frying pan instead. The first one was a disaster…it fell apart into ribbons. Second one, ended up the same. I’m standing there looking at it and thought maybe I was trying to make them TOO thin so I added a bit more batter to the pan. That one came out fairly good – not perfect but recognizable as a crepe lol. So a bit more batter went into the pan for the next one…by the time I got to the last 2 (got 6 crepes including the first 2 disasters ) I was proud of how they came out. THEY WERE ACTUAL CREPES lol. I just may splurge and buy myself a crepe pan for the next time, now that I’ve conquered the fear of making crepes I’ll be making them a bit more often lol. Thank you!

I just made these crepes today and they were perfect, not a single one broke or stuck to the pan!

Sarah I don’t have a blender so I hand mixed it and mine held up really well. Maybe try doing that?

Perfect reciepe. Tip, you have to let the pan get hot enough so I put it on medium (4 to 5) and I wet my hands with a little water and wheb you flick the pan with water droplets and you hear it sizzle, you know the pan is hot enough then follow the reciepe above. I added a little vanilla extract!!
