I made the beignets this morning and they were wonderful. One tiny comment: when I tried to flip the beignets in the oil, some of them refused to flip. They just kept flipping back to the already-brown side. I had to hold them in place in order for the second side to cook. Do you have this problem and do you have any suggestions for fixing it?

On one laptop I have a nice recipe card with all of the ingredients laid out with measurements and then the recipe. On this laptop there are just comments about the ingredients, and you have to pull out the measurements from the directions. Can the separate list be brought back?! :-)

Thank you!!! PS – Made this recipe twice and its been a hit each time, zero issues! I did make it with 2 tsp shortening which is what displays on the other page setup, and this version shows 2 tbsp. Not sure the impact it would have, but the lesser amount was still great!
