Do you need an impressive, romantic meal for two for the holidays? ย All I want for Christmas this year is a quiet meal beforeย the hustle of the holidays begin. ย I think Christmas Eve is the perfect day for a slow drive to look at Christmas lights, a couple of mugs of hot chocolate, and a meal full of bacon.
This salmon is brushed with Dijon mustard, wrapped in apple slices and baked. ย It couldnโt be easier. ย While it bakes, dice the bacon and cook until crisp. ย Stir in your cabbage or Brussels sprouts and cook until wilted. ย The two go together perfectly, just like your sweetheart and a sprig of mistletoe.
