I was so pleased with them all. I’m 53 and consider myself a master baker & cook. However, 9 years ago I became paralyzed and wheelchair bound. What led me to discover your site? I have been motivated to learn lots about instant pot cooking (safer for me and I don’t catch in flames…literally!), and my once full house is no longer. I was convinced that cooking for two, instead of a small army would yield poor flavor. To be more accurate, I didn’t want to embrace a new cooking ideology. Your recipes and site have helped me make the leap. Thanks for teaching an old dog new tricks!
