Omg these are so good! I wanted a midnight sweet treat, and this recipe did NOT disappoint. I made them a bit larger than the recipe so I baked them for 13-15 minutes instead. So yummy, and I will absolutely be making these again :)

I made these cookies because I ran out of eggs, had a sweet tooth, and wanted to see what kind of cookies I could make without eggs(I was too lazy to go to the store. lol) I made them and gave some to my friends and they loved them. It is now apart of my cookie recipes. Thank you.

I love this recipe and so does my wife. She is allergic to eggs and corn. I triple the recipe and it scales up well. I make them for her every few weeks. I would like to make a chocolate version, how can I do that? Thanks again for the recipe.

Love this recipe!
I made these cookies for the first time this morning. I didn’t feel like lugging out my handheld mixer so I simply used a wooden spoon & my hands to combine. I also substituted the cream cheese with a triangle of “Low Fat Laughing Cow”. The cookies came out perfectly! Will definitely make again & double the recipe.

Late night craving for a cookie with my tea. But I was distracted watching a podcast. The bottom line is that I ended up dumping all the ingredients together (no cream cheese – used cottage cheese) mixed very well with my fingers, added a tablespoon of applesauce. I expected to have to throw them away for sure, but instead I got a great, thin, perfectly round (no cracking) cookie. Crispy on the outside chewy on the inside. Wow. I seriously doubt I can replicate it, but I sure took care of that craving:)

I made these this morning. Got a text that someone was coming and needed to bake a few small batch desserts to put out. Then I saw I had 1 egg. I saw these and thought, eh ok ill try. Well, let me say, A~MAZING!!! Everyone raved, I mean raved to the point I made more right away!!! I will not make any other kind of sugar cookie again! I absolutely love these. So full of flavor and so soft. These are the best sugar cookie Ive ever tasted!!!! My family thanks you so much!
