Most Websites / Blogs provide the nutritional information for their posted recipes so readers with diabetes, alergies, etc. may track their nutrient intake. I did not find the Nutritional information for the French Onion Soup. I feel you should include the nutritional information for all your recipes. Mmm! That sounds so good! I wouldn’t have thought to put whiskey instead of wine. But now I definitely want to try it! I have a bottle of whiskey at home, but I’m not a big fan of white wine.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE French onion soup. We made some recently with Guinness in the broth and it was super good … then I went out to a restaurant a few days after that and had the worst French onion soup EVER. It was all bread, and there was no broth as it had soaked into the bread to much, so I just had a few spoonfuls of disgusting soggy bread, and then gave up. Yours looks great! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas :-)
