I put the cream cheese in my proofer on 72 degrees to make sure it was room temperature – I waited until it was soft. And after pouring the whipping cream into the measuring cup (glass) I chilled it again, to make sure the glass was cold. Thank you !

You can sprinkle a bit of gelatin in the cold whipped cream before whipping. Google ‘stabilized whipped cream’ and use the proportions.
