My first time on your site (thanks to Ms JoytheBaker’s link). What a cool idea, I am not even a 2, just a 1 right now, and I come from a large foodie Italian family where the recipes are megagigantic (meggyntic for short)because hospitality is a major part of our genetic material and all of my family FED EVERYONE!

Love the 4 featured and going to wok them all into a dinner party, choc no bake ch cakes for apps (haha, UNHEARD OF!), lobster pasta for salad, skillet lasag for main, and choc coconut for dessert…I’ll probs throw a green salad in there, too!

Just wanted to let you know that I made this for dinner last night and it was a huge hit! The sweetness of the lobster went so well with the grilled sweet corn and it combined well with the creaminess of the mascarpone cheese and the touch of color from the chives. It was delicious! And it just screamed summertime.
Definitely something I will want to make again!

We are totally living without lobster and Trader Joe’s. It must be the Dark Ages up here! Lobster mac and cheese is on my cooking bucket list – I have a mental list of everything ever mentioned on Gilmore Girls, I’m such a dork – and this recipe would be perfect. Cooking it for just the two of us would be a perfect date night in AND wouldn’t break the bank!

Oh my god! This dish looks soo good! I can’t wait to give it a try. Especially since there’s lobster in it! I totally missed you on QVC since I was at work. But I just wanted to let you know I preordered from Amazon a few weeks back, and I received my copy today just as I got home from work. It does say that the book comes out on Sept 10th though.
