]]>Great questions, friend! Ok, you can only really buy a whole rotisserie chicken. Sometimes, I’ve seen it sold at Costco already shredded? Anyway, buy the whole chicken, store it in the fridge and then pull out the breast for this recipe. Save the rest for other meals. Since the rotisserie chicken is already cooked, try not to cook it much longer in the recipe, or it will dry out and get kinda tough. Let me know how it goes :)
