I’d like more flavor in the cupcakes, next time I’ll add 1/2 t. Vanilla and a full 2t. Espresso powder. I recommend unsweetened chocolate to offset the powdered sugar in the frosting. Which really needed to be refrigerated to firm up. Fun recipe for just us 2.

]]>These cupcakes look fantastic! Anything that sounds like a coffee drink…I’m sold. Oddly enough I have a batch of Mocha coconut frappuccino cupcakes in the oven (Jessica’s recipe from how sweet) but I LOVE the idea of the white mocha! …Starbucks runs my life.
