Can you use GF Measure to Measure flour to make these GF? Also, can you freeze without frosting, then when ready to serve, let them come to room temp and then frost? Thank you

Glad to see this pop up; a minty dessert is just what I need for the summer heat.
The recipe card with the amounts lists buttermilk, but the rest of the page talks about milk and vinegar. I think you’ve posted about substituting between the two before, but it’s worth pointing out the inconsistency.
