I added a half teaspoon of orange baking emulsion to the cheesecake which made it even more Terry’s Choc orange flavoured.
Theonkt issue I ran into and it wasn’t that big of a deal, is this is the first time leaving cream cheese out to soften it made it too soft and it never properly set so it was similar to a mousse texture. I’ve never had a problem with cream cheese in the past when used cold so when I make again I’ll just use the cream cheese directly from the fridge.
