Hi Dar! It’s finely ground green tea leaves. Look for it in the tea section of your grocery store. It’s a green powder.

Not two hours ago, I was JUST thinking how I really wish I could just.do.nothing. I miss that. I often wonder what exactly I did with ALL THAT free time 5 years ago! I guess you never really know what you have til it’s gone.
Also, I have had that neck thing happen to me twice in the last couple months or so. while I was just sleeping too. It sucks. Totally couldn’t function as a mother or even a person really. And had to start seeing my chiropractor again. I hope you are finding some relief. Yours is probably worse and I’m just a crybaby!
Also also, these mallows look awesome and very Halloween-y too! I wonder what they’d taste like in hot chocolate? Maybe they’d be good wicked witch mallows or something. Ha! Ok bye.
