-couple drops of white vinegar for tartar
-whipping cream for half-and-half
(I also added rainbow vermicelli/sprinkles to both the cake batter and the whipped cream icing because it was for my sister’s birthday 🎂)

Way too many people think they have to write to say they are going to make the recipe or that they think something looks so good. Hey, we know that. We need more people writing in and letting those of us that want to make a recipe know how it turned out for them!:)
